The 2011 Gift Guide for Gamers

Not sure what gift to get? Well, since Christmas is around the corner here is a guide  of games that I think are exceptional, some of the best games released in 2011 and should be in (nearly) everyone’s library of video  games.

Of course this list is based off of my opinions and if the receiver does not like/appreciate the gift, I can’t be held liable!

If you happen to live in Kuwait, click on the console name next to the game you want and you’ll be sent to a great online gaming store called Digumz.com, so shopping is made even easier. If you live elsewhere, Amazon is your best bet!

I agree with this list, except that it’s missing Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. 🙂 Otherwise, just about everyone of these games is something you don’t want to miss. I actually hadn’t heard of the new Kirby though, so thanks for the heads up!

Hello Patrick , how long does it take to finish Super Mario 3D Land ? should i get that ? or maro kart 7 ?

    • Patrick says:

Mario Kart 7 has better replay value in that it has a solid online multiplayer experience. Super Mario 3D Land is a lot of fun and makes use of the 3D so that it doesn’t feel like a gimmick, it uses it efficiently and you have to use it to progress through levels because of the depth it adds to the environments.

So to answer your question. It depends if you’re looking for a solid multiplayer experience, or a sold single player experience.

What About “inFAMOUS 2” And “Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3”

    Are those good?

    • Patrick says:

I’ve yet to play inFamous 2, but I’ve heard plenty of good things about it. Modern Warfare 3 has a good single player mode, but when it comes to playing online against other games, Battlefield 3 is better, because the maps are more expansive and more interesting.
